The former Defensive Coordinator at Wabash College had a tough job ahead of him when he took over at Westfield in 2010, but a turnaround was never in doubt.  Now, Coach Jake Gilbert has them rolling.  Since 2013 the Shamrocks have gone 38-14, made two State Title Game appearances, and won the 2016 Indiana 5A State Championship.
